WCRC Meeting Minutes –August 25, 2005 –

· Meeting at the Field started at 7:20 P. M.

· Roll Call; 22 members present

· Minutes of the previous meeting were read

· Treasurers report was presented

· Club mail included a Flyer announcing the AMA District II Contest in Keene Valley, NY on September 17 & 18^th

· Two Guests were present; Dick Sudlow and Gene Goroschko

· Our annual Club Picnic will be held at the Club Field on September 11^th beginning at Noon

· The Park was sent info for their newsletter regarding our Wednesday evening activity

· Flight line discussion update; Ed Berchtold contacted Carl Marony of AMA and, as of now, only one Flight Line is permitted. Other Clubs have inquired about alternate flight lines; AMA is reviewing the requests.

· Our Megaphone along with a pack of toilet paper was stolen from the shed. The Park was notified; Nick informed the credit card company

· Ed Berchtold made motion to change the shed lock combo, Bill Kellermann seconded. Nick will send out an e-mail with the new combo

· Nominations for 2006 Club Officers: Nick Maggio – President

Bill Kellermann – Vice President

John Kukon – Secretary/Treasurer

· One new member unanimously voted into the Club – Gene Goroschko

· Dave Schoen had some specimens he found on the Field. He is investigating to find out if they are meteorites.

· Our next meeting is at the Library on September 29^th

· The Mercer Club will have their annual Warbirds Meet on September 17, 18^th

· The mercer club will host an Electric fun fly on September 24^th

· The Meeting ended at 8:25 P. M.
